To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Please note that emergency cases do occur and always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. Please note that during the pandemic, wait times have increased and we typically book appointments 1-2 weeks in advance. Please call us as soon as possible so we can provide your pet an appointment in a timely manner.
Patient Arrival Policy
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. Please be prepared that your pet will be in the vicinity of other animals while you wait.
We require that all animals be properly restrained by being placed on a leash or in a pet carrier before entering the waiting lobby. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash and harness.
The lobby of our hospital has two doors to keep cats and dogs separated (exotics are welcome on the cat's side). Please note the picture on the front door before you walk in, as we do have hospital cat(s) who live here and free roam on the cat's side of the lobby.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, American Express, Apple Pay, cash and personal checks. Please be advised there is a 3% surcharge to all credit card transactions.
